NEW YORK (AP) -- The personal assistant accused of killing a punk rock pioneer in New York faces new charges that she stole cash and property from her.

Natavia Lowery already was charged in Manhattan with second-degree murder in Linda Stein's death. An indictment updated Friday added grand larceny, forgery and identity theft charges. She has pleaded not guilty.

The prosecution has said the theft included money withdrawn from an ATM after Stein was killed.

Stein was once co-manager of the rock group the Ramones. She was also a real estate agent whose clients included Sting and Steven Spielberg.
