BRASILIA, Brazil (AP) -- Brazilian authorities said the left arm of a British teen who was dismembered has been found along the banks of a remote river near the central city of Goiania.

Authorities escort Mohammed D'Ali Carvalho dos Santos, 20, to the site where he allegedly dumped a girl's body.
A Brazilian laborer walking in the area found the arm Sunday, a week after the torso of 17-year-old Cara Marie Burke was discovered in a suitcase near a different river.
Police inspector Carlos Raimundo Batista said Monday that authorities are confident the arm found is that of Burke.
Police said 20-year-old Mohammed D'Ali Carvalho dos Santos confessed that he dumped Burke's head and limbs into the river.
Police said Santos killed Burke because she threatened to tell his family that he was addicted to cocaine and was dealing the drug.
