Breaking News -- 5-year-old Shaniya Davis was raped and killed the same day she was seen on hotel surveillance video, according to police. Now with the suspected killer Mario McNeill charged with first-degree murder, first-degree rape of a child and kidnapping, will justice be served? McNeill, held without bond and Shaniya's own mother also behind bars on charges of prostituting her daughter. Shaniya's body was found in a wooded area days after she disappeared from her North Carolina home. Nancy Grace has the latest developments in this tragic case.
